Waffle with Banana Ice cream


Bingung...klo waffel + ice cream masuk dessert gak yah? Kan wafel-nya bisa masuk utk breakfast juga... Waffle-nya modif dari resep Tante Enda Banana ice creamnya modif dari bukunya kenwood

Ingredients:
Waffle:
125 gr Susu cair
2 gr Ragi instan
1 gr Garam
10 gr Gula
75 gr Terigu
1 btr Kuning telur
1 butir Putih telur
50 gr Butter

Banana Ice Cream:
2 pcs Pisang ambon
200 ml Susu
175 ml Whip Cream
50 gr Gula

Directions:
Waffle:
- Hangatkan susu, masukkan ragi dan aduk rata
- Campur semua bahan kering, masukkan kuning telur & campuran susu, aduk dengan whisk hingga rata.
- Kocok putih telur hingga kaku, masukkan ke dalam adonan di atas, aduk rata
- Diamkan hingga mengembang, masukkan mentega cair
- Panggang dalam cetakan waffle

Banana Ice Cream:
- Haluskan pisang
- Campurkan semua bahan lain.
- Masukkan dalam ice cream maker

Christmas Pudding


Buat suguhan pas natal kemarin...kebetulan dapat cocktail dr parcel dan ada sisa putih telur dan ganache juga. modif dr resep Yongki..

Ingredients:
Bahan A
500 g susu cair
5 g agar2 bubuk
75 g gula
1 st rum bakar

Bahan B
1 klng cocktail

Bahan C
750 g susu cair
10 g agar2 bubuk
200 g ganache
100 g gula
1 sm pasta coklat
1 sm rum bakar

Bahan D
100 g susu cair
2 kuning telur
6 g maizena

Bahan E
125 g putih telur
300 g susu cair
150 g gula
7 g agar2
1 sm sunquick

Directions:
- Didihkan bahan A, masukkan cocktail. Bekukan dan potong2, sisihkan
- Didihkan bahan C
- Aduk bahan D hingga rata, masukkan ke bahan C, didihkan kembali.
- Tuang sebagian pada loyang, taburi dengan potongan adonan A, siram lagi...dst...sampai adonan habis. Bekukan. Lepas dr cetakan.
- Didihkan bahan E kecuali putih telur.
- Kocok putih telur hingga berbusa, masukkan adonan E kedalam kocokan putih telur. Masukkan dalam pipping bag. Semprotkan pada bagian atas pudding. Hias sesuai selera
