Fish Shaped jelly


From: Y Three K Cookbook

Ingredients:
A.
900 ml water
1 3/4 tbsp agar2 powder
90 g white granulated sugar
3 pandan leaves (knotted)

B.
1/4 can mixed fruit

C.
500 ml diluted cocnut milk (expressed from 1 grated coconut and topped in water)
50 g white granulated sugar
1 tbsp agar2 powder
A few drops of orange colouring

D.
1 can longan fruits


Directions:
1. Boil ingredients (A) and keep on stirring till it comes to a boil, discard pandan leaves. Turn off heat.
2. Ladle a little of no. (1) into the jelly mould. Strewn in ingredients (B).
3. Ladle a little more of no. (1) till it is half-filled. Leave it to set.
4. Cook ingredients (C) and keep on stirring till it comes to boil. Ladle this to fill up no. (3) and leave it to set. Keep chilled.
5. When it has set properly, unmould jelly onto a platter. Decorate with ingredients (D).
